I allocate 60-90 minutes for a comprehensive initial evaluation. Follow-up visits are 30-45 minutes long, as appropriate. Time between visits are variable, depending on individual needs and circumstances.

Payments are rendered at the time of your telehealth visit via Stripe.

I do not presently participate with insurance plans but will provide invoices, which you can submit directly to your health insurer for out-of-network reimbursement.

I would encourage you to check with your health insurer to determine both your out-of-network benefits, as well as telehealth coverage.

In assessing the out-of-pocket cost of treatment, it is helpful to be familiar with your plan's annual deductible (the amount for which you are responsible before insurance shares the cost), your co-insurance (the percent contribution your plan expects you to make), and your annual out-of-pocket maximum (the maximum out-of-pocket expenditure you could be expected to make during the year – generally, the sum of your deductible and co-insurance contributions). Once the out-of-pocket maximum contribution has been satisfied, most plans will reimburse allowed charges in full for the remainder of the year.
